Mamta Elias

Mamta Elias currently serves as the Director at High Alpha Innovation and Eshelman Innovation Venture Studio since August 2024 and is a member of the Women's Health Council at Springboard Enterprises. Prior experience includes directing product efforts at Caire from March 2023 to August 2024, and leading product strategy as VP at Ovia Health from April 2022 to April 2023. Notably, Mamta directed virtual care strategy at Best Buy, facilitating entry into the care-at-home market through the acquisition of Current Health. Earlier roles include managing C-level client relationships at Deloitte Consulting, where Mamta contributed to digital health engagements and led the Virtual Health practice. Additionally, experience includes roles at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, the Health Resources and Services Administration, and IDIAP Jordi Gol, with a focus on healthcare delivery models, public health initiatives, and clinical trials. Mamta holds an MBA from Duke University, a Master's in Public Health from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and a BA in International Affairs and Spanish from The George Washington University.
