ECHERTIER BONNARD Audrey serves as the Global Research & Innovation Director at Danone Research & Innovation since June 2025, leading global innovation projects for Danone's dairy and kids brands while defining the science roadmap to enhance product innovations. Prior to this role, Audrey was the Southern Europe R&D Director at Biscuit International, overseeing a vast range of biscuit products. Experience also includes serving as R&D Innovation Portfolio Director at GSK, where oversight of the New Product Innovation process was a key responsibility, and earlier roles at Danone, focusing on brand management and innovation across multiple regions. Audrey holds a Master's degree in Flavours from ISIPCA and has over two decades of expertise in R&D, sensory analysis, and product development within the food industry.
