Taryn Stephan

Taryn Stephan currently serves as the Manager of Production Planning & Sourcing at Alloy Precision Technologies, Inc. since December 2024. Previously, Taryn held the position of Vice President of Operations at Bowden Manufacturing from February 2018 to November 2024, overseeing logistics, materials, supply chain, and manufacturing functions while mentoring over 50 direct reports. Taryn also worked as the Finishing Business Unit Manager at Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials from September 2015 to February 2018, leading a team of more than 75 employees and focusing on performance improvement across multiple operational objectives. Taryn's earlier experience at Bowden Manufacturing includes roles as Operations Manager and Production Scheduler, along with a start in customer service. Taryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from John Carroll University, completed in 2004.
