Caitlin Goshert

Caitlin Goshert is an experienced scientific professional currently serving as Head of In Vivo Discovery at Alloy Therapeutics, Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Goshert held various positions, including Senior Scientist at Immunitas Therapeutics, where significant contributions were made to the establishment of a yeast surface display platform. Earlier experience includes time at Compass Therapeutics LLC, where efforts were focused on antibody discovery and engineering, and Oncorus, where Goshert worked on the design of oncolytic herpes simplex virus constructs using CRISPR/Cas9. Additional roles included research positions at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and Sanofi, where Goshert developed CRISPR/Cas9 systems and designed cDNA expression vectors. Goshert holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Northeastern University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Animal and Poultry Science from Virginia Tech.
