Ashley Gott

Ashley Gott, PHR, currently serves as the HR Manager at Alloy since November 2024. With extensive experience in the human resources field, Ashley previously held several roles at Chainalysis from August 2020 to November 2024, including Benefits & People Operations Lead for the Americas and Senior People Generalist. Prior to that, Ashley worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at SeatGeek, where notable achievements included implementing a global HRIS and onboarding over 300 new hires. Experience also includes a position at L'Oréal, supporting HR for approximately 1,000 employees and overseeing recruitment processes. Ashley's career began in various customer service and administrative roles in the retail industry, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
