Karen Jang

Karen Jang possesses a strong background in people operations and technology strategy, complemented by diverse experience across multiple organizations. As the People Operations Lead and previously the Senior People Systems Operations Manager at Alloy, Karen has developed expertise in managing operational systems. Prior roles at Teach For America included Managing Director of Technology Strategy and Director of Systems Strategy, where significant contributions were made to HR information systems. Karen also served as a Data Analyst and Project Manager at IRI and Co-Chair for Volunteer Relations at LIFT, Inc. Additionally, an early career internship at Heartland Alliance focused on refugee youth and family services. An MPA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University further establish a solid educational foundation.
