Sasha Greco

Sasha Greco currently serves as the Director of Implementations at Alloy since December 2023. Previously, an Executive Consultant at Kustomer from July to November 2023, providing expertise in strategy and client engagement. At Meta, from April to November 2022, Sasha was the Head of Global Professional Services for Kustomer, responsible for the onboarding and solution consulting for a $50MM+ revenue omnichannel B2B SaaS platform, significantly expanding the Professional Services team. Before that, as the Director of Professional Services at Kustomer from October 2019 to April 2022, Sasha led the deployment of the Kustomer platform for various clients. Prior roles include Director of Professional Services at XTRAC Solutions, Director of Sales, and Senior Business Consultant, alongside extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst and earlier roles at Fidelity Investments. Sasha Greco holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Richmond and an M. Phil in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
