Shayla Dones, MBA has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, starting as a Wholesale Account Manager at Washington Mutual Bank in 2001. Shayla then progressed to roles such as Sr. Commercial Loan Administrator at Umpqua Bank and Vice President, Commercial Lending Administration and Project Manager at Vision One Credit Union. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Lending at Alloya Corporate FCU.
Shayla Dones obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Brandman University. Shayla also received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from UMass Global. Additionally, they pursued business studies at California State University-Sacramento and Modesto Junior College, following their education at Riverbank High School. Shayla also holds a certification as a Real Estate Sales Agent from the California Department of Real Estate and completed a course on Top 10 Rules for Highly Effective Leadership on LinkedIn in 2023.
