Bradley Cooper

Bradley Cooper currently serves as the Desktop Support Team Leader at AllPoints Fibre since September 2023. Prior to this role, Bradley held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer at ICON plc from December 2019 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Windows 10 Support Specialist at ESP Global Services for a brief period in 2019, focusing on resolving post-project issues for Marie Curie. As a Technical Deployment Engineer at Connect Systems Ltd, Bradley was responsible for deploying 300 machines as part of a hardware refresh and Windows 10 upgrade. Bradley also contributed as a 2nd Line Support professional at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, initially in New Zealand and later in London, supporting the EMEA region.
