Kendra Folsom has over 18 years of experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as a Customer Service Lead at AllPoints since March 2021, where Kendra has also held roles as Account Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Prior to AllPoints, Kendra worked at Vapor Stone Rail Systems, a Wabtec Company, from October 2017 to March 2021, managing customer project returns and warranty processes. Kendra's experience also includes a tenure as a Business Analyst/Customer Service at 3Wire, a Marmon/Berkshire Hathaway Company, from July 2005 to October 2017, where responsibilities included developing pricing strategies for onboarding customers. Kendra began the career as a Sales Assistant at Lake Country Development from 2000 to 2004. Kendra holds an Associate of Arts degree from Clinton Community College.
