Kristin Hawkins

Kristin Hawkins has a solid background in human resources and insurance. Kristin is currently working as a Human Resources Director at AllPro Healthcare Solutions since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hardaway Construction Corp. from September 2020 to October 2022, where they held the positions of Insurance & HR Director and HR & Insurance Assistant. Kristin also has experience at Dollar General, where they worked from June 2015 to December 2018 in roles such as HR Shared Services Support Specialist and HR Shared Services Representative. Earlier in their career, they worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as an HR Representative II from July 2012 to June 2015, managing the I-9 compliance process.

Kristin Hawkins completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing at Middle Tennessee State University in 2020. Kristin also obtained a certification as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) in 2020.
