Jessica Ross

Jessica Ross is a board member at All Raise. Jessica was previously with Salesforce, Stitch Fix, and Kaiser Permanente.

At Stitch Fix, Jessica was responsible for leading the company through its Initial Public Offering process. This included overseeing all aspects of the financial statement audit, preparation and filing of Form S-1, and enterprise-wide SOX readiness. Jessica was also accountable for all financial statement close and reporting processes, including SEC filing requirements. In addition, they managed and oversaw all Audit Committee communications, including standing up governance model and implementing best practices for the newly public company.

At Kaiser Permanente, Jessica served as Managing Director Finance for the Cost Transformation Program. In this role, they established and launched a Program Management Office for enterprise-wide cost transformation strategy. Jessica was responsible for identification and implementation of infrastructure required to build financial acumen and discipline necessary to support a culture of continuous transformation and improvement. Key accomplishments included driving the identification of cost reduction plans to achieve program-wide targeted savings, establishing and implementing standardized tools, processes and governance models to ensure sustained accountability for execution of cost savings plans and program wide operational performance, and developing and delivering enterprise-wide performance reporting on cost transformation progress to Senior Executive Leadership & the Board of Directors. Jessica also partnered in the redesign of future finance structure, including selection and implementation of systems and tools required to hardwire a culture of financial accountability and continuous improvement across the Program.

Jessica Ross has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
