Jim Hayes

Jim Hayes currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing-North America at Allredi since November 2023. Previously, Jim held the position of National Sales Manager at GMA Industries from November 2021 to November 2023, and earlier worked at Allredi as the Director of Manufacturing & Engineering from May 2020 to November 2021. Jim's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Engineering and Business Development Manager at Marco Group International, and Vice President of Engineered Systems at Nalco, an Ecolab Company. Earlier in the career, Jim contributed as Assistant Vice President of Engineered Solutions at Marco and has held various roles in scheduling and sales. Jim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Business Management from Northwood University, as well as further leadership training at the Center for Creative Leadership and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
