Mitch Neave

Project Director at Allrig

Mitch Neave began their work experience in 1989 as an Electrical Technician at JCE Group, and they worked in this role until 1994. Mitch then joined Baker Hughes Inteq as an Electronics Technician from 1997 to 1998. After that, they worked as an Electronic Technician at Santa Fe and GlobalSantaFe from 1998 to 2003. In 2003, they started working at Transocean as a Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for managing the Offshore Technical Team and maintaining equipment and assets. Mitch later moved onshore and became an Asset Manager in the North Sea Region Operations Asset Team, where they managed three High Spec Harsh Environment Jackups. In 2015, they joined Allrig as a Rig Projects Manager, and later took on roles as Operations Manager and Project Director.

Mitch Neave attended North East Scotland College from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Mitch did not receive a degree during this time. Prior to attending college, they also attended Oldmachar Academy, however, no further information is available about their studies at this institution. Mitch Neave also obtained additional certifications in the field of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, including an HND in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with Business Management and an SNC in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
