Mike Santoro

Mike Santoro, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Sourcer and Senior Recruiter at AllSearch Recruiting since December 2021. Previously, Mike held the position of Team Lead at On-Board Companies, where responsibilities included sourcing a wide range of engineering and construction professionals. In addition to recruitment, Mike has a strong background in baseball coaching, having served as Head Varsity Baseball Coach for Dover Area School District and assistant coach at multiple colleges, achieving significant success within the MAC Commonwealth Conference. With professional baseball experience as a catcher for teams such as the Somerset Patriots and Atlantic City Surf, Mike also possesses a solid educational foundation, including an MBA from York College of Pennsylvania and ongoing studies in Master of Theological Studies at Grimké Seminary.
