Rajakumar T D has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the operations and service delivery field. Rajakumar started their career as an Assistant Audit Manager at Fraser & Ross in 1982 before moving on to Latham India Limited, where they worked as a Manager in accounts and administration for 10 years. Rajakumar then joined Telesystem India Private Limited as a Manager of accounts and admin, where they stayed for five years. In 2001, Rajakumar became the National Head of Operations at I2I Enterprise Limited, a role they held for six years. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at i2i Telesource Pvt. Ltd for a year. Currently, they are an Associate Vice President at Allsec Technologies, where they have been working since October 2008.

Rajakumar T D's education history includes a Diploma in Export Management with a specialization in Granite and Software from the Indian Institute of Export Management in 2011. In 1980, they earned a Diploma in Business Accounting and Practice from Dhanraj Baid Jain Institute of Management, with a focus on Accounting, Sales Tax, Income Tax, Commercial Law & Practice. Lastly, Rajakumar graduated with a B.Com degree from the University of Madras in 1978 to 1981, emphasizing Advance Corporate Accounting & Management Accounting. Additionally, they hold various certifications such as Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, ISO 27001 Implementer's Program, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 9001 Implementer's Program, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, LEAN Certification, and Green Belt in Six Sigma.
