Rich Pusateri

Rich Pusateri is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. As CEO of MediaVault Plus since January 2011, Rich has led the development of a scalable, cloud-based solution tailored for contact centers, facilitating secure long-term storage and retrieval of communications. In addition, Rich serves as Group President at both Condado Group and Allshore Virtual Staffing, LLC, focusing on enhancing marketing, sales, and customer service performance for clients. Rich's leadership roles extend to Tricension and previously to TILPRO, where significant contributions were made from September 2008 to December 2023. Earlier career roles include Vice President at eLoyalty Corporation and Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, following a start as a Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems. Rich holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University.
