Andrew Moore

Andrew Moore currently serves as Vice President and Operations Manager for Fixed Income Trade Support at Allspring Global Investments, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Wells Capital Management for 17 years, progressing from Trading Operations Specialist to Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager. In these roles, Andrew managed the monthly support of approximately $1 trillion in Fixed Income trades, developed risk management procedures, and led a team of nine Trading Operations Specialists. Andrew also oversaw the Analyst Development Program, focusing on training and professional development for recent graduates, while coordinating hiring processes and budget management for the program.
