Bob Gain holds extensive experience in leadership and management within the investment and finance sectors. Currently serving as Head of Business Management and Chief Administrative Officer for the Institutional Client Group & Global Consultant Relations at Allspring Global Investments since November 2021, Bob previously held senior positions at Wells Fargo Asset Management and BlackRock, where oversight included significant product management responsibilities. Bob founded Gain Investments, LLC, focused on residential property development in Healdsburg, CA. Additionally, Bob served as Board Chair for Morris Animal Foundation from June 2022 to June 2024. With a degree in Accounting/Finance from the University of Arizona, Bob Gain's career highlights include a strong track record in product development, operational management, and revenue optimization.
