Jennifer Vraney

Jennifer Vraney is an experienced professional in the finance and operations sectors, currently serving as the VP Head of Pre Trade Monitoring Operations at Allspring Global Investments since November 2021, where leadership is provided in enhancing efficiency and standardization across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of VP - Operations Manager at Wells Fargo Asset Management for nearly two decades, overseeing back office operations and data management across four locations. Jennifer co-founded Vraney, Inc., a family-owned business that developed a children's conflict resolution tool called the Pocket Referee. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Montgomery Asset Management and an operational analyst position at Etrade. Jennifer earned a BA in International Relations-East Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
