Kari Hampton

Kari Hampton is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial operations. Currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer at Allspring Global Investments since June 2025, Kari has previously held several significant positions at TIAA from February 2015 to June 2025, including VP of Accounting Operations and VP of CFO Digital and Client Experience. Prior roles also include Controller at Gildan and Senior Manager of Investment Accounting at TIAA-CREF, along with an early career as Audit In-Charge at Deloitte. Kari holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Appalachian State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
