Leo Cuperstein

Leo Cuperstein currently serves as the Head of Technical Support at Allspring Global Investments, a position held since July 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at BlackRock from February 2011 to July 2022, where roles included Global Head of Technical Support L2, Regional Operations Manager, Desktop Support Team Lead, and Sr. Desktop Support Engineer. Earlier, Leo worked at Kaiser Permanente from 2004 to February 2011 as a Sr. PC/LAN Analyst and PC/LAN Analyst, and also held the position of Team Lead for large-scale migration projects at Dell/Bluecurrent LLC from 2003 to 2004. The career began at SATI as a Jr. System Administrator/Technical Support intern from 2001 to 2003 and included technical services analysis in a private role from 1999 to 2000.
