Rick Genoni

Rick Genoni currently serves as the Global Head of Product Development and Innovation at Allspring Global Investments, a role held since July 2022. Prior to this position, Rick was the Head of Global ETF Strategy and Strategic Relationships at Franklin Templeton from August 2020 to July 2022. Rick's extensive experience in the financial services industry includes key roles at Legg Mason as Managing Director and Head of ETF Product Management, and at Vanguard, where responsibilities spanned several leadership positions related to ETF product management and strategy from July 2001 to March 2015. Additionally, Rick was the President of Dream Factory of Pennsylvania, an organization dedicated to fulfilling dreams for critically and chronically ill children. Rick Genoni holds an Executive MBA from Villanova University, earned between 2001 and 2003.
