Jennifer Cohen Demarco

Jennifer DeMarco is the inaugural General Counsel at Allstar Innovations, a position held since January 2010, where responsibilities include managing legal operations related to brand protection, regulatory affairs, and consumer products, as well as advising the executive team on a wide range of legal matters. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as Senior Commercial Counsel at Vonage, focusing on SEC compliance and legal advice for various brand strategies. Jennifer also held the position of Corporate Attorney at Brother International Corp, providing legal counsel to sales and marketing departments, and has accumulated experience in earlier roles as General Counsel at CYRO Industries and as an attorney at Voicestream/T-Mobile USA. Jennifer's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Baltimore and a JD from Villanova University.
