Dan Koslofsky

Dan Koslofsky is currently the VP, Deputy General Counsel at Gap. Dan was previously the Associate General Counsel, Privacy, Information Governance & Data Security at Gap Inc. from January 2017 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were the Privacy Counsel at The Walt Disney Company from January 2016 to December 2017. Dan has also held the position of VP, Chief Privacy & Compliance Officer at AARP from January 2010 to December 2016 and Directing Attorney at New Hampshire Legal Assistance from January 2007 to December 2010. Dan started their career as a Staff Attorney at New Hampshire Public Defender from January 2005 to December 2007.
