Koren's career began as the Owner Operator of RJCreations, a craft supply vending business from 2000 to 2016. Koren holds an MBA in Business Administration from Mercy College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Public Management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, with a focus on Accounting, Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
