Charlie Tung

Charlie Tung is a software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently at Allstar since July 2025, Charlie previously worked at 540 and Continual, focusing on software engineering and automation within the Data Stack. Notably, at Allpass, Charlie served as the lead frontend engineer for a COVID-19 health screening app, significantly increasing monthly recurring revenue by 60% through dashboard feature development. Formerly a teacher assistant at Trilogy Education, Charlie guided transitioning professionals in web development while maintaining high feedback scores. Earlier experience includes an internship at EPAM Systems, where Charlie developed a web application for project evaluation and budgeting automation. Charlie holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Baruch College and is pursuing education at Flatiron School.
