Iryna Stelmakh

Iryna Stelmakh is an accomplished Human Resources Business Partner at ALLSTARSIT since May 2024, providing HR support and analysis to experts and clients while leading a team of three. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior People Advisory Specialist at EPAM Systems from February 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, employee risk management, and organizational communications. Earlier roles included office management and HR generalist duties at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty from September 2012 to February 2021, and experience as a journalist in various capacities. Iryna holds a Master's degree from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
