Andrew Hoey, CIP has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Andrew began their career as a Tournament Director for the OJHL Showcase Tournament in 2010. Later that year, they joined Canlan Ice Sports as a Hockey Instructor, where they developed and implemented on-ice drills for hockey classes and summer camps. Andrew also served as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, responsible for maximizing facility revenue through booking third-party contracts and tournaments.

In 2011, Andrew interned at the NHL Alumni Association as an Alumni Tour Event Coordinator, facilitating and coordinating various events across Ontario. Andrew worked closely with customers, sponsors, and retired players to ensure smooth event operations.

Starting in 2014, Andrew worked as an Associate Insurance Advisor at The Cooperators- Phil Dymott Agency. In 2015, they transitioned to Allstate Canada, where they held various roles over the years. Andrew started as a Business Development Agent and later became an Agency Sales Manager. In 2020, they continued to advance in their career as an Agency Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Business Development.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated excellent leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work cohesively with colleagues and customers.

Andrew Hoey, CIP attended Durham College from 2010 to 2011, majoring in Sport Business Management. Prior to that, they completed their HBA in Political Science at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2005 to 2010.
