Joe Tommasone has extensive experience in the insurance and claims management sectors, currently serving as an Implementation & Optimization Manager and Agile Product Owner in the Digital Workplace product suite at Allstate Canada since September 2011. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions at Alterna Savings, including Litigation Specialist and Senior Bodily Injury Claims Advisor. Joe's career began at Britton Management Profiles Inc. as an Associate. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Risk Management from the University of Toronto, a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Commerce with a Finance major and Entrepreneurship minor from Ryerson University.
