Vladimir Fidler

Vladimir Fidler has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Vladimir started their career with Keremet in 2013 as a Project Manager, where they worked until February 2016. From January 2016 to October 2018, they served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Appartex. In November 2018, they joined BTSDigital as a Product Manager, where they successfully launched a service for human interaction with government agencies and developed a product portfolio strategy. In August 2019, they were promoted to Group Product Director at BTSDigital, a role they held until November 2020. In December 2020, they became the Chief Product Officer at BTSDigital and played a significant role in launching the "eOtinish" communication platform, which facilitated interaction between citizens and the government. Lastly, in September 2021, they were promoted to the position of Chief Business Development Officer at BTSDigital.

Vladimir Fidler obtained their Engineer's degree in Communication network and switching system from Kazakh State Agrotechnical University. Vladimir completed their education in this field from 2003 to 2007.
