Neha is currently serving as the Director of Strategy, Planning, and Transformation at Allstate Canada since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Rogers Communications, including Director of Diversity & Inclusion, HR, where they developed and implemented inclusion and diversity strategies and led the design and execution of programs. Neha also has experience in corporate strategy, digital performance and strategy, customer strategy, wireless profitability, and finance. Neha's work experience also includes roles at Morguard and TeleAnalytics Inc., where they focused on corporate strategy and quantitative analysis. Their expertise lies in developing data-driven strategies, promoting diversity and inclusion, and fostering an inclusive culture within organizations.
Neha Gupta holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Schulich School of Business - York University. Neha also has a B.Sc in Mathematics from the University of Toronto. Additionally, they have completed a program with the CFA Institute.
