Rachel Gomes Baldacchino is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in marketing and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Customer Communications Advisor at Allstate Canada since June 2021 and a Volunteer English Tutor at Pathways to Education Canada since November 2020, Rachel has previously held senior roles at Allstate Insurance of Canada, including Senior Marketing Communications Specialist and Senior Marketing Communications Writer. Rachel has extensive experience in creating customer-friendly materials, ad copy, and promotional content aimed at enhancing product visibility in local communities.
