Renee Bahadur

Renee Bahadur has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Renee is currently the Regional Marketing Lead at Allstate Canada. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Representative at Optiom Inc., where they focused on maximizing profits through the development of sales strategies and building relationships with customers. Renee also served as a Senior Financial Advisor at Scotiabank, managing complex customer portfolios and generating new customer acquisitions. Before that, they were a Financial Services Representative at TD. Renee has also worked in marketing roles, including as a Brand Manager at Campari Group and as a Marketing Officer at Lascelles Limited. Earlier in their career, they held multiple roles at Digicel Group, including Executive Assistant, Corporate Account Executive, and Customer Service Representative. Overall, Renee has demonstrated expertise in marketing, sales, customer relationship management, and financial planning.

Renee Bahadur obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Lethbridge, graduating in 2018. Prior to this, they earned a Certificate in Project Management from the Project Management Global Institute in 2013. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica, spanning from 2005 to 2011. Renee has also acquired several additional certifications, including The Aspiring Leader from FranklinCovey (obtained in 2024), a Social Media Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy (obtained in September 2020), an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from the Alberta Insurance Council (obtained in June 2020), and an IFC Mutual Funds certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (obtained in February 2014). Renee also holds a Google Analytics certification from Google Analytics for Business (obtained in August 2020). Furthermore, they participated in the uLethbridge Connect Alumni Volunteer program offered by Ten Thousand Coffees in 2018.
