Tanya Pastor

Tanya Pastor currently serves as the Manager of People Analytics at Allstate Canada, a role held since March 2022, where responsibility includes building and leading the People Analytics team and developing advanced analysis tools and dashboards. Prior experience includes managerial roles in HR Analytics and Reporting as well as Compensation at Metrolinx, where Tanya led the enhancement of reporting and analytics for cross-functional stakeholders. Additional positions include Senior Analyst of Workforce Planning at Greater Toronto Airports Authority and Manager of HR Systems at Walmart Canada, demonstrating a strong background in data analysis and human capital management. Tanya's career began at Golder Associates, where a series of roles focused on HR metrics, analytics, and systems management were undertaken. Tanya holds a Master's degree in Economics, specializing in Finance, Banking, and Investment from the Faculty of Economics at the Technical University of Kosice.
