Deshon Rector

Deshon Rector has a comprehensive work history, starting in 1997 as a Senior Field Technician at Verizon. Deshon then progressed to various roles within the company, including Network Telecommunications Engineer and Program Manager, before becoming a Senior Project Program Manager. In 2019, Deshon joined ASG as the VP of Centralized Operations, and eventually became the Chief Compliance Officer in 2023.

Deshon Rector began their education at Mount Saint Mary College from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Long Island University from 2004 to 2006. In 2008, Deshon undertook a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, which they completed in 2010.
