Aditi Vyas

Aditi Vyas is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Senior Team Lead at Allstate since July 2018. Prior to this, Aditi worked as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Tech Mahindra from July 2016 to July 2018, and as an Employee Relationship Manager at Atos Syntel from March 2012 to July 2016, focusing on HR and engagement activities in the Banking & Financial Services sector. Aditi's career began at Syntel, where responsibilities included leadership recruitment for global sales and IT positions. Aditi also completed a summer internship at GlaxoSmithKline in compliance management. Aditi holds a PGDBM in HR from the International School of Business and Media, a B.Com in Marketing & Advertising from Ness Wadia College of Commerce, and an M.Com in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
