Breana Jones has over a decade of experience at Allstate, currently serving as the Claims Customer Success & Agency Engagement Senior Manager, where responsibilities include overseeing both Claims Customer Success and the Claims Agency Engagement Team to enhance customer service standards. Previous roles at Allstate include Claims Agency Engagement Strategy & Operations Manager, where Breana managed relationships between Claims and sales teams, and Logistics Lead for the Property Optimization Team, responsible for the first centralized hiring process. Additionally, Breana demonstrated leadership as a Claims Service Leader on the National Catastrophe Team, earning the Leader of the Year award for three consecutive years.
