Carolyn Ober

Carolyn Ober is an experienced data science and analytics professional with a strong background in product management and customer journey integration at Allstate since June 2013. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Lead Data Science Product Manager, Carolyn focuses on driving Next-Best-Action analytics and intelligent solutions. Previous roles include managing customer journey analytics integration and leading projects in data and analytics development across various business functions. Carolyn's early career includes teaching high school mathematics, serving as a teaching assistant at Purdue University, and gaining experience in finance and operational management. Carolyn holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Mathematics Education from Purdue University.
