Dave Sachs

Dave Sachs is the Global Head of People Analytics at Allstate, where they lead a team focused on data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics to optimize workforce planning and reporting using tools like Workday and Microsoft Fabric. Previously, they built and managed the People Analytics & Data Science team at Northwestern Mutual and played a key role in establishing the Workforce Analytics & Strategy Center of Excellence at Johnson Controls. Dave began their career as a consultant at Buck and Mercer, specializing in workforce analytics and actuarial consulting. With a strong commitment to leveraging data for improved human capital strategy and talent management, they believe in the transformational power of data-driven decision-making for enhancing employee experiences and benefiting communities. Dave holds a BS in Actuarial Science and Economics from the University of Iowa.
