Jay Kim

Jay Kim is an accomplished professional in the field of People Systems and Analytics, currently serving as the Manager for both Yorkville University and Toronto Film School since April 2023. With extensive experience at WSP from September 2014 to April 2023, Jay held the position of Lead/Senior Analyst in People Analytics & HRIS, notably acting as the National Subject Matter Expert in data analytics, business intelligence, and HRIS systems implementation, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and ADP WorkForce Now. Responsibilities also included coaching HR Analytics team members and leading significant data migration projects within global ERP systems. Earlier experience includes roles at the University of Toronto and ChangSung Sheet Co. Ltd., focusing on data management, process improvement, and quality assurance. Jay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto, specializing in Information Systems and Data Engineering.
