Brandis Saunders has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at Patrick Henry Family Services, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Brandis worked at World Help where they held several roles, including Chief Experience Officer, Director of Organizational Effectiveness, and Executive Assistant to the President from March 2018 to the present. Before joining World Help, they worked as a Manager at The Michaels Companies, Inc. in 2017. Brandis also has a strong background in operations management, having worked at J.Crew as the Senior Operations Manager and later as the Liquidations Operations Manager & Regional Clearance Stores Manager from 2012 to 2017. Brandis'searly career includes roles at Best Buy, where they started as an Assistant Manager in 2002 and eventually advanced to become a General Manager until June 2012. Brandis' work experience showcases their versatility and experience in various managerial positions.
Brandis Saunders has completed a General Studies program at Central Virginia Community College. In addition to their degree, Brandis has obtained two certifications: a Fundraising Essentials Certificate from NonprofitReady obtained in August 2023, and a Nonprofit Essentials Certificate, also from NonprofitReady, obtained in August 2023.

Their goal is to bring families out of chaos and into groundedness and resilience. Connect Our Connect team partners with volunteers, churches, and agencies to strengthen families and keep them strong.
