Deborah Boser

Deborah Boser is an experienced litigation professional with a strong background in claims management and operational leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Litigation Examiner at Allstate since February 2023, Deborah previously held several key positions at USAA from January 2020 to October 2022, including Director of Litigation Operations, where responsibilities included managing a team of 13 Litigation Managers and negotiating contracts with outside counsel. At Kemper, from August 2008 to December 2019, Deborah advanced from Assistant Vice President of Casualty Claims to Senior Director of Field Operations and Litigation, overseeing over 400 claims professionals and implementing initiatives that significantly improved productivity and reduced costs. Deborah's extensive experience began at Infinity Insurance, where responsibilities included managing 12 claims field offices and developing analytical tools. Deborah holds both a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
