Heather Mejia

Heather Mejia has extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sectors, serving as the Chief Audit Executive and Senior Vice President of Internal Audit at Allstate since 2008, where a focus on maximizing internal audit value and driving digital transformation is prioritized. Previous roles at Allstate include optimizing operational risk as the VP, Chief Risk Officer for Allstate Enterprise Solutions, and serving as Chief of Staff to the President of Allstate Personal Lines, among others. Prior to Allstate, Heather worked at Towers Watson as an Actuarial Retirement Consultant and at Mercer as an Actuarial Associate, gaining expertise in pension and post-retirement medical programs.
