Heather Modesto, MBA, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Product Analytics and Health of the Line Reporting Lead at Allstate, a position held since December 2025. Prior to this role, Heather accumulated extensive experience at Allstate Canada from May 2010 to January 2026, progressing through various leadership positions including Director of Product Development & Analytics, Manager of Risk Analytics, Manager of Business Planning & Analysis, Manager of Expense Planning & Spend Analysis, Financial Analyst, and Customer Care Agent. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University (2004-2008). Additionally, Heather is a Chartered Professional Accountant, having received certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (2012-2014).
