Joe Kleinhenz

Joe Kleinhenz is a seasoned data science leader with extensive experience at Allstate since June 2008, currently serving as the Vice President of Data Science for the Auto Line. Kleinhenz has successfully led transformative data science initiatives, driving advancements in Auto Pricing, Underwriting, Telematics, and Claims through innovative technologies such as computer vision, natural language processing, deep learning, and machine learning. Prior to joining Allstate, Kleinhenz held various roles at GE Money PMG, focusing on marketing analytics, project management, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, contributing significantly to business growth and operational efficiencies. Kleinhenz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from National Louis University.
