John Salazar

John Salazar has over a decade of experience in relationship management and talent acquisition project management operations, primarily with Allstate Financial and Allstate. At Allstate Financial from September 2003 to July 2014, John focused on resolving escalated issues between agents and customers while utilizing various software systems. Since July 2014, John has been involved in managing essential functions for the Talent Acquisition department, including candidate travel expenses, sign-on and referral bonus programs, and vendor relationships, alongside conducting audits and administering assessments for new management. John holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Lake County, earned between 2011 and 2013.
