Ken Constant

Ken Constant has over 20 years of experience in data processing and technical support roles across both Department of Defense and private sectors. Currently serving as a Group Administration EDI Enrollment Consultant in Data Science & Analytics at Allstate since July 2017, Ken participates in the development of Electronic Data Interchange initiatives and manages enrollment processing for Allstate Benefits products. Previous roles include an EDI Data Analyst at Allstate and various data analyst positions at XPO Logistics, Inc. and Pacer International, where Ken handled compliance and reporting on fleet and safety metrics. Ken's earlier experience encompasses technical and administrative support roles, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Central Missouri State University. Ken also holds A+ and Network+ professional certifications and a previously active Secret clearance from the United States Department of Defense.
