Kimberly Ramos, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in knowledge management and operations support, currently holding multiple leadership roles at Allstate since January 2005, including Knowledge Management Sustainability Strategy and Operations Process Support Division Lead. In these roles, Kimberly has been responsible for developing and implementing start-up operations, hiring and educating representatives, and facilitating process improvements through collaboration with internal and external partners. Prior to Allstate, Kimberly served as a Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond from 2000 to 2005. Kimberly holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business, both from Western Carolina University.
