Pat Figliozzi

Pat Figliozzi, Ph.D., is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in computer vision and analytics, having worked at Allstate from 2022 to 2023 as a Senior Data Scientist II and previously in various data science roles. Pat has successfully built and deployed models that significantly reduced labor costs and has introduced automated testing to ensure software quality. Holding a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from The University of Chicago, Pat has also contributed to education as a tutor and teaching assistant across multiple institutions. Currently, Pat runs a community focused on the Python programming language, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
